This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM PST

Client Timezone: Pacific Time (PT)

Total Weekly Hours: 20 Hours

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing and Operations Assistant to support both marketing and operational needs. This remote, part-time role is ideal for a proactive individual with hands-on experience in digital marketing and eCommerce operations. You’ll work closely with the client’s team, contributing to marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and the seamless execution of daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing: Create email templates and set up automated email flows.
  • Social Media: Schedule and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Influencer Marketing: Assist with managing influencer relationships and product seeding.
  • Customer Support: Manage and respond to customer service tickets promptly.
  • Crowdfunding Support: Help with campaign updates, ticket management, and order processing.
  • Provide general operational and administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or Figma.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Ability to leverage generative AI tools for written and visual content creation.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with crowdfunding platforms is a plus.
