Marketer is needed in Pune, India.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join Prisha EMS – Educational Marketing Solutions, based in Pune, India. The role involves identifying and approaching schools, colleges, and coaching institutes to build marketing partnerships and develop new business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, networking, giving presentations, planning student outreach activities such as seminars, scholarship exams, and awareness programs, and guiding a small marketing or sales team if needed. Additional duties include negotiating contracts, finalizing deals, achieving admissions and partnership targets, and maintaining strong client relationships with regular follow-ups. The ideal candidate should hold a graduate or postgraduate degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory), have 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in the education industry), possess excellent communication and negotiation skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English, and demonstrate strong leadership and self-motivation. Preference will be given to those with their own vehicle, as travel allowance is provided. The position offers growth opportunities, performance-based incentives, and a chance to move into senior roles within the company.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
