Packaging Designer for Premium Tea Brand

We are Tea Rock, an Italian startup revolutionizing tea consumption by creating artisanal tea cubes as a sustainable and premium alternative to traditional tea bags and loose-leaf tea. We seek a Packaging Designer with proven experience in consumer product packaging to develop a full packaging line for six tea flavors (2 black, 2 green, 2 herbal teas) as we expand into hotels, SPAs, retail shops, and online markets. Our aim is to evolve from a young, DTC look to a more luxury and sophisticated brand identity while keeping our existing logo central. The designer will handle monodose sachet packaging, sample pack paper boxes, premium wooden boxes for hospitality, retail displays, labels and stickers, and tin cans for both retail and online. We require a strong packaging portfolio—especially in premium consumer goods or food/beverage—attention to shelf appeal, ability to collaborate on technical print specs, and flexibility to work with sustainable materials or adapt designs to other languages. Please provide a portfolio, design approach, your availability, estimated timeline, and clear cost breakdown per packaging line. Deliverables include a complete and coherent packing line with editable source files, print-ready formats, and presentation mockups.
