We are looking for a web designer to help create a fully automated coach-matching platform, inspired by services like Betterhelp. The platform will focus on connecting clients with their ideal coaches using an interactive onboarding questionnaire and a matching algorithm based on client and coach attributes. Features needed include coach profiles (with bio, certifications, ratings), an integrated booking and scheduling system, flexible payment options (pay-per-session, packages, and subscriptions), internal messaging with optional video integration, a robust admin dashboard to manage users and monitor revenue, and analytics to track satisfaction and performance. The goal is to create a scalable, user-friendly system that automates the process of matching clients to coaches and manages the end-to-end client journey. You will be working remotely on a single project, with the possibility of follow-up work.
