Marketing & Engagement Lead

PCMA ICESAP Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based division of the global PCMA organization, is looking for a Marketing and Engagement Lead to develop and execute marketing strategies for the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving audience and community growth, enhancing PCMA’s position as a thought leader, and delivering effective campaigns for member engagement and events. You will conduct market research, manage APAC campaigns from planning through evaluation, develop partnerships, lead social media initiatives, and build content for newsletters, presentations, and PR. The role includes full-cycle event marketing and engagement, working closely with PCMA’s HQ and APAC teams. The position is full-time (contract), hybrid (with some on-site presence in Singapore), and requires the ability to work across multiple cultures and time zones. Strong experience with Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, and prior event industry exposure is preferred. Candidates should have excellent English communication skills, 5+ years’ relevant experience, and proven marketing and event management capabilities.
