Paradigm Information Services, Inc. - Product Designer

This is a remote position.

Paradigm is looking for a Product Designer to join our client’s team for a 6–8 week engagement to support the design of our course authoring tool. You’ll primarily focus on executing design tasks while contributing input on direction alongside their product and design team.

Type: 6 - 8 week contract

Location: Remote (West Coast Preferred)

As a Product Designer you will:

• Create and refine designs in Figma, with strong use of design systems and components
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers in an agile environment
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and data into design decisions
• Present and explain your work clearly to cross-functional partners

Requirements Our skills and experience wish list includes:

• 3+ years of product design experience
• Intermediate Figma skills with solid experience in design systems and components
• Strong collaboration skills and proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• General understanding of AI concepts and how they inform modern product design
• Experience incorporating feedback and data into design decisions
• Familiarity with tools like Miro and Jira
