Marketing Assistant (Part-Time, In-Person)

We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Send weekly email campaigns (MailChimp, HubSpot)
  • Manage social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram)
  • Support marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Update and optimize content on WordPress and for SEO
  • Assist with e-commerce product listings and online visibility
  • Track and report performance via Google Analytics
  • Contribute creative ideas in team sessions

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years marketing experience
  • 2+ years with HubSpot, MailChimp, and social media management
  • Knowledge of SEO and WordPress (or similar CMS)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance marketing
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Team player with ability to manage multiple tasks
