Job Description

We are hiring UGC Creators to produce short-form content (Reels/TikToks/YouTube Shorts) for Investors Collective’s “Day 1 Challenge” series. The role is flexible and requires minimal daily commitment, but high consistency and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Film 1 selfie-style video daily (15–60 seconds; 30 videos/month) based on IC’s provided scripts/SOPs.
• Portray the “Day 1 of turning $100 into $1M” challenge authentically.
• Show your face on camera (non-negotiable).
• Overlay screenshots (IC Discord signals, Phantom wallet, etc.) within videos.
• Edit videos in CapCut (subtitles, overlays, background music).
• Submit daily videos via Google Drive/Slack for review.
• Make necessary edits/re-shoots if requested by the IC team.
• Maintain 100% consistency – one video every single day.

Requirements

• Comfortable showing face on camera.
• Speaks clear English (accents welcome).
• Strong communication presence and authenticity on video.
• Reliable internet + smartphone/laptop with good camera quality.
• Basic video editing skills in CapCut (training provided if needed).
• Ability to follow scripts/SOPs (no freestyling).
• Commitment to filming daily content (15–20 mins/day).
• Preferred candidates from emerging markets (Nigeria, Pakistan, India, Philippines, South Africa, Eastern Europe), though first-world applicants are welcome.
• Prior UGC or clipping experience for other brands is a strong plus.
