We are a growing apartment locating company in Houston, helping renters find their perfect home. We’re looking for a creative and motivated videographer to join our team. This is a part-time, flexible contractor role where your earnings are tied directly to your results.

Position Overview:

As our videographer, you’ll visit apartment complexes in Houston to film available units and amenities. Your videos will be used on our social media platforms to attract new clients. No professional experience is required — just a phone with excellent video quality (or a camera), a good eye for content, and a willingness to create engaging videos.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to apartment communities to film units and amenities
• Capture engaging video tours of available apartments
• Deliver video content for social media posting
• Follow simple content guidelines for consistency
• Represent the company in a professional manner while on-site

Requirements:

• Must own a smartphone with excellent video quality OR a professional camera
• Reliable transportation for filming at apartment communities
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Basic knowledge of social media trends is a plus

Meetings & Travel:

• Travel is required only for filming at properties
• All team meetings will be conducted virtually

Compensation:

• This role is commission-based, contractor position
• Average earnings range from $100–$500 per week, depending on performance

Schedule:

• Part-time (1–3 days per week)
