Job Description

We’re a street-luxury menswear brand looking to build high-quality visual content (IG Reels/TikTok) for our e-commerce and social channels. We’re seeking an Art Director / Producer to plan, coordinate, and execute photo and video shoots, ensuring content aligns with our brand vision.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating and executing fashion content production (photos/videos).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with art direction and creative collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple freelancers and production details.

Responsibilities

• **Pre-Production:**Create shot lists from provided references.
• Coordinate and manage freelancers (photographers, videographers, editors, stylists, models), including scheduling and rates.
• Organize locations, outfits, props, and timelines.
• **Shoot Day:**Oversee the shoot to ensure the creative vision is executed.
• Assist and direct models, photographers, and stylists.
• Adjust lighting, framing, or styling as needed.
• Ensure content is captured on schedule and within budget.
• Organize all assets for post-production.
• Review content for quality and consistency with brand guidelines.

Compensation

Part-time/project-based, pay rate will be based on experience. Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour.
