Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Photographer to capture stunning images and videos for exterior real estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photography and videography, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling. This role requires versatility across various styles of photography and video production, as well as proficiency in post-production techniques.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of color management and color theory to enhance image quality.
• Experience in filming and video production techniques to create engaging content.
• Excellent photo editing skills with a focus on detail-oriented post-production work.
• Ability to perform photo manipulation creatively while maintaining authenticity.
• Strong sales skills to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
• Background in journalism is a plus for storytelling through imagery.
• Knowledge of art direction principles to guide creative projects effectively.
• Familiarity with videography practices to complement photography work.

Duties

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos for various projects, including events, portraits, products, and editorial content.
• Edit and retouch images using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Capture One to ensure the highest quality results.
• Manage post-production tasks including color correction, photo manipulation, and video editing using Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver final products that meet their expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and creativity.
• Assist in art direction for shoots to achieve desired aesthetics.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote work and engage with audiences effectively.
• Develop concepts for projects that align with client goals while showcasing unique artistic style.

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week
