Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for children and will work in daycare settings, engaging in high-volume photography at a fast pace. The Photographer will collaborate closely with other team members to produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand vision.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographs of children that last a lifetime.
- Edit and retouch images using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and other editing software to enhance visual appeal.
- Manage the entire post-production process, ensuring timely delivery of final images.
- Collaborate with the art direction team to conceptualize and execute creative shoots that align with project goals.
- Utilize video production skills to film and edit engaging video content when required.
- Maintain a strong understanding of color management and color theory to ensure consistency across all visual outputs.
- Assist in social media management by providing visually appealing content that drives engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends in photography and videography to continuously improve skills and techniques.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Final Cut Pro.
- Strong knowledge of photography principles including composition, lighting, and camera settings.
- Experience in photo editing, manipulation, and post-production processes.
- Familiarity with filming techniques and video production processes is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of color management and color theory for optimal image quality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Sales experience is beneficial for promoting photography services or products as needed.
- A background in journalism or storytelling through visuals is an advantage.
