We are looking for a freelance podcast editor to help us produce a polished and professional leadership podcast for Brave Restoration. In this role, you will take raw audio and video recordings, typically 30–60 minutes, and transform them into engaging episodes that match our brand standards. The core tasks include editing audio, cleaning up background noise, removing filler words and awkward pauses, balancing audio quality, and adding intro, outro, and music elements. Deliverables should be ready for podcast platforms in formats such as MP3, MP4, or WAV as needed. Familiarity with YouTube podcast formatting is a plus, as well as experience creating highlight reels or social clips. Communication, reliability, and meeting deadlines are essential.
