Sound Engineer is needed in Toronto, Canada.
We are seeking a sound technician to support live shows and rehearsals for our artist in Toronto. The setup includes a tracks-supported show using Ableton and a silent stage IEM rig with the SoundCraft Ui16. You will be responsible for on-site assistance including loading in, helping with IEM and tracks rig setup, working with local engineers on splits and frequencies, occasionally taking over mixing, IEM management, and loadout. While experience with Ableton Live is an asset, we are primarily looking for someone who is enthusiastic, eager to learn, reliable, and has a strong ear for mixing. The environment is hands-on and practical, with some lifting required, but generally not core sound system setup. This is a fitting opportunity for someone starting in the industry to gain experience in modern live performance.
