Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web pages that enhance user experience while aligning with our brand identity. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and an understanding of current web trends.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging websites that are responsive and user-friendly.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking. Experience with Yoast is a plus.
• Maintain website functionality by performing regular updates and troubleshooting issues.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Utilize analytics tools to analyze web traffic data and make informed design decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in web design, technology, and digital marketing.

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Canva.
• Experience with content management systems like WordPress.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards and usability principles.
• Strong data analysis skills using Google Analytics Site Kit or similar analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of responsive web design techniques and layout design principles.
• Excellent typography skills and visual design sensibility.
