Job Description

We are seeking a capable marketing and social media assistant to support ongoing client projects in the crypto and Web3 space. This is a freelance role with flexible hours, initially involving around 10 hours per week, with potential for growth as new projects expand. You will collaborate directly with me to execute content, community, and organizational tasks across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging social media captions (using AI tools already trained and set up).
• Draft short-form scripts, briefs, and content outlines.
• Build and maintain content calendars.
• Assist with creation and publishing of social media content.
• Contribute to community engagement and light moderation.
• Provide general admin support related to marketing and client projects.

Requirements

• 1–5+ years experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (crypto/Web3 experience strongly preferred).
• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for clear, engaging copy.
• Comfortable using AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Familiarity with content calendars, community platforms, and scheduling tools.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience working with crypto startups, agencies, or Web3 communities.
• Ability to create simple graphics or edit short-form video content.
• Awareness of internet culture, memes, and online engagement trends.
