We are seeking a professional logo designer to create a unique logo for an African American author who has written an autobiography. The design should reflect his personal journey—growing up in the South, being raised in Harlem, New York, and ultimately achieving success. The logo should incorporate key elements such as a worn-down basketball court in Harlem to represent roots and challenges, and a Ferrari (without the Ferrari symbol to avoid trademark issues) to symbolize achievement. The design should convey heritage, resilience, growth, and ambition. This logo will appear on the book cover, promotional materials, the author’s website, branding, merchandise, and any future adaptations. We are looking for a strong, bold, urban-inspired look that is both modern and personal, with colors and typography that complement Harlem culture and themes of resilience and ambition.
