Job Description

This is a remote position with a flexible schedule of 20 hours a week, including weekly catch-ups within Eastern business hours.

• Create and schedule LinkedIn posts directly through the platform (5-10 posts per week per client).
• Manage client content calendars and upload materials to Notion portal for client review and approval.
• Conduct research to understand target audiences and create relevant, engaging content.
• Engage with LinkedIn communities by responding to comments, messages, and finding relevant conversations.
• Edit client-provided videos using CapCut, adding captions and on-screen elements.
• Design carousel posts and visual content using Canva with client-specific branding.
• Maintain professional communication standards that reflect the high-end nature of the clients.
• Coordinate with clients through Slack for ongoing communication and updates.
• Provide proactive suggestions for content strategy and audience engagement.

Requirements

• Excellent command of US English grammar and writing (not UK English).
• Professional communication skills suitable for high-end consultant clientele.
• Experience with LinkedIn content creation and community management.
• Proficiency in Notion for project management and content organization.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools.
• Graphic design capabilities using Canva.
• Strong research abilities to understand target audiences and industry trends.
• Proactive approach to work with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with organic social media growth strategies.
