Job Description

We are seeking a freelance videographer/editor to join us on an ongoing contract basis to create promotional video content for our restaurant chain. The work involves filming at our 4 locations (Algonquin, Mount Prospect, Niles, and Randhurst) and editing the footage into short marketing videos for social media and advertising.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate video skills (restaurant/event experience a plus)
• Owns a camera or smartphone capable of recording high-quality video
• Able to edit video (cuts, transitions, background music, simple text/branding)
• Reliable transportation to cover all 4 locations
• Professional attitude and willingness to work with us long-term

Details

• Scope: Approx. 1 hour of filming per location when scheduled, plus editing time
• Compensation: $30/hour (filming + editing) + gas fee reimbursement ($50 per month)
• Schedule: Flexible, but video shooting every week. Expected working hours are 1 hour of video shooting every week and 1 hour of editing. Total pay is 60 dollars a week plus gas reimbursement.
• Deliverables: Edited highlight videos (length and style will vary depending on campaign) + raw footage if available
