Job Description

The Senior QA Engineer at TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, LLC (d/b/a Radancy) in New York, NY will partner with Product Owners and developers to discuss and define technical requirements and acceptance criteria. The role involves working within an Agile team on user stories planning, scheduling, and execution. Key responsibilities include designing test cases and executing various types of testing (Functional, Smoke, Regression) on multiple platforms, analyzing testing results, reporting findings, and preparing scenarios for the QA Automation team. The Senior QA Engineer will maintain necessary documentation, track quality assurance processes, mentor the Engineering team on QA best practices, write automation test suites, measure test coverage, and integrate test suites with CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, the role entails developing performance test scripts for load tests, performance tests, benchmarks, duration tests, stress tests, etc. This position allows for 100% telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. The salary range is $148,990 - $152,000/year.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of professional experience as a QA Analyst, Test Engineer, or similar role performing Quality Assurance automation and testing.

Must also have the following skills:

• 5 years of professional experience performing Web, Mobile, and API testing (including cross-browser testing, cross-operating systems testing, UI/UX testing, browser compatibility, RESTful APIs testing, and SOAP APIs testing).
• 5 years of professional experience defining test strategy, test planning, test case design, and execution.
• 5 years of professional experience working in an Agile environment.
• 5 years of professional experience utilizing programming languages including Python and C#.
• 5 years of professional experience performing API testing using Postman and SoapUI.
• 5 years of professional experience working with defect tracking and management using bug/ticket tracking tools including Jira.
• 4 years of professional experience performing SQL queries (including Complex SQL scripting via Stored Procedures, ETL testing, and large dataset handling).
• 4 years of professional experience writing test cases in test automation frameworks including Selenium, WebdriverIO, JavaScript testing frameworks, and pytest.

Salary: $148,990 - $152,000/year
