Seeking Booking Agent to secure global EDM opportunities and gigs

Core Responsibilities
-Identify and secure high-quality gigs and opportunities aligned with the artist’s sound, status, and brand (clubs, festivals, showcases)
-Build and maintain a curated database of ideal venues, promoters, booking agents, and event organizers across Europe and beyond
-Lead strategic outreach campaigns, crafting personalized pitches that reflect the brand’s positioning and energy
-Manage communications with bookers, promoters, and partners, from first contact to the entire negotiation cycle
-Track and report progress using a CRM tool
-Maintain weekly updates on outreach, wins, and lessons learned and proactively bring new ideas to the table

Qualifications
-Proven experience in working behind the scenes in nightlife, booking, or events
-Well-networked, motivated, and that see the potential in a fast growing brand, distribution and audience
-Fluent in music, the EDM culture, and basic marketing
-Growth and result driven
-Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
-A go-getter who finds opportunities and runs with them
-Can work independently
-Proficiency in English

Nice To Have
-Experience handling bookings for a label, collective, or local scenes

Compensation
-The compensation includes a monthly base retainer PLUS a commission on all paid gigs booked.
-Bonuses for specific goals reached and / or strategic wins achieved.
