Spanish/Spanglish Social Media Content Creator (Puerto Rico)

We’re building a storytelling project with global reach, rooted in Puerto Rican childhood, culture, and diaspora life. The tone is raw, cinematic, and deeply cultural. We’re looking for a Puerto Rican creator who can help us repurpose podcast episodes into engaging social content — keeping the spirit of the Island alive while reaching a global audience. This is a confidential project. All details, assets, and branding will only be shared after signing an NDA. You will be responsible for repurposing podcast episodes into 3–4 social media reels (15–30 seconds each) per episode and creating 1–2 static posts or carousels. Captions should be written in authentic Spanish or Spanglish, using relevant hashtags. You’ll be asked to build weekly content calendars for approval, expect ~4 posts per week (mix of reels + carousels) using scheduling tools, and provide basic monthly analytics on growth, reach, and engagement. This role requires approximately 10–20 hours per month to start and will begin content production in early October 2025. You must be a native Spanish speaker (Puerto Rican preferred), experienced with video editing software (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, etc.), have a strong understanding of Puerto Rican culture and Spanglish tone, and have prior IG/TikTok content experience. NDA required before receiving project details.
