Job Description

Staples is seeking an Associate Creative Director - Copy who will be responsible for creating innovative ideas and writing compelling, original content across various digital, video, social, and print-based assets. This role involves working closely with the Creative Director and other team members, as well as evaluating and editing content from junior copywriters.

The Associate Creative Director will help define and evolve the Staples brand tone, guide creative messaging, and ensure the highest standards of quality in all communications.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional-level experience.
• 3+ years of management experience leading creative teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in Omni/Business communications and strong grasp of marketing engagement and customer experience strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of marketing best practices in both B2C and B2B fields.
• Experience executing social-first creative and knowledge of social media best practices.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Workfront, and creative applications.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity.
