CTIS is on the lookout for an experienced AI/ML Solution Engineer to be a part of our innovative team. This role is integral to the development and execution of advanced AI and ML solutions, significantly contributing to our technological growth. You will be instrumental in integrating AI/ML technologies within our systems and shaping our business strategies.

This is a temporary contract role that requires on-site presence three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions to improve business functions.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and pinpoint AI/ML application opportunities.
• Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and industry trends.
• Develop scalable and efficient AI/ML solutions.
• Research and enforce best AI/ML practices to enhance system performance.
• Uphold data governance and security protocols.
• Continuously enhance existing AI/ML solutions for better efficacy.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven track record in developing and delivering AI/ML projects.
• Expert knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
• Strong understanding of technology trends and their potential impact on business.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML solutions development including but not limited to chatbots.
• Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proficiency with AWS cloud platform and SageMaker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
• Certifications in Cloud and/or AI/ML such as AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty.

Compensation for the role is $60- $70 hourly DOE.
