Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to play a critical role in scaling our outreach. Your primary focus will be generating high-quality leads among family and facility caregivers, connecting them to our free, Medicare-covered dementia care services. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy focused on lead generation for dementia caregiver audiences.
• Manage, optimize, and report on performance campaigns across key platforms, primarily Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
• Conduct keyword research and create ad copy that resonates with caregiver search intent and pain points (e.g., “dementia wandering help,” “respite care for dementia”).
• Implement and manage tracking pixels (Meta Pixel) and conversion APIs to accurately measure campaign performance, track leads, and build retargeting audiences.
• Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates and lower cost per lead.
• Analyze campaign data to derive insights, prepare regular reports on key metrics (leads, CPL, conversion rates), and recommend strategic optimizations.
• Collaborate with our team to understand the caregiver journey and ensure a seamless experience from ad click to initial contact.

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for a combination of the following:

• Proven Experience: A track record of generating online leads is essential. We welcome applications from those with professional experience, freelance portfolios, or compelling case studies.
• Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is required. Experience with other platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: You must be comfortable working with data—setting up tracking, interpreting metrics, and using insights to drive decisions. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or Google Tag Manager is highly desired.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to articulate a clear approach to reaching a target audience, including audience segmentation, channel selection, and testing methodologies.
• Empathetic Copywriting: Skill in crafting ad and landing page copy that is both compelling and sensitive to the emotional needs of our caregiver audience.
