Job Description

We’re seeking a single professional who can handle both photography and videography to document our remodeling projects in the Olympia area. This is a per-project, freelance role - you’ll only be needed when a remodel is completed. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys flexible, project-based creative work.

Responsibilities

• Take professional interior and exterior photos of finished remodels
• Film walkthroughs and produce short, engaging video edits
• Provide polished, edited photo and video content per project timeline
• Follow a clear shot list and direction

Requirements

• Proven experience in both photography and videography (real estate or remodels a plus)
• Must own professional photo + video equipment
• Strong editing skills across both media
• Dependable, punctual, and collaborative

Compensation

Competitive pay per completed project. Pay ranges from $50.00 to $70.00 per hour.
