Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Live Audio Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for live sound and music, coupled with a strong understanding of audio technology and live audio production techniques. This role involves working closely with our web broadcast production team to create quality live broadcast content for various media formats, ensuring that all audio elements are perfectly integrated into the final product.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Live Audio Engineer or in a similar role within the media production industry.
• Strong understanding of post-production processes and signal processing techniques.
• Experience in filming and videography is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen ear for sound quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.

Duties

• Collaborate with producers and directors to understand project requirements and audio needs.
• Operate audio equipment during filming to capture high-quality sound.
• Perform signal processing to enhance audio quality and clarity.
• Manage post-production processes, including sound design and audio mixing.
• Assist in content creation by providing audio support for video production projects.
• Conduct quality checks on all audio elements to ensure they meet project standards.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in videography and audio technology to continuously improve production quality.

Additional Information

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 4 per week
