Automate booking and client follow-up
We are seeking a marketing automation expert to help automate our booking process for Freediving Moorea. The project involves creating a system where potential clients fill out a basic questionnaire that determines their freediving level, which then suggests suitable activities with detailed descriptions and an interactive calendar. The workflow should include payment processing, automated booking confirmation, reminders 48 hours before the activity, a thank you email with an invitation to leave a Google review, a satisfaction survey, and tailored follow-up emails based on client location and last attended course. The process must streamline communication and make managing reservations and follow-up easier for our freediving instructor, who currently manages all operations.
