Global Brand Material Specialist

Brand Designer is needed in Sintra, Portugal.

Responsible for creating and managing product labels, product sheets, and global marketing materials. Oversee content acquisition, design, and corporate website strategy while ensuring alignment with brand identity and market needs. Manage the global product database, assets, and ticketing system. Support global strategy, campaigns, and events, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and resource optimization. The role includes creating marketing and sales assets such as brochures, posters, branded wear, signage, and event materials, providing adaptable core assets for local markets, developing and managing product sheets and promotional materials, managing product workflows, coordinating photo assets, and updating brand manuals and packaging artwork. The specialist will own the global product database and ensure its accuracy, lead the corporate website strategy, oversee website content and e-blasts, supervise brand assets for consistency, contribute to global strategy and campaigns, support brand managers with events, ensure alignment of event materials with strategy, select and manage agencies, develop tools and reporting systems, manage budgets, and understand local market initiatives. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, MS Office Suite, Asana, a bonus for video software, and a basic understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT is required. Flexibility and willingness to learn new tools are expected.
