Responsibilities

• Create attractive, engaging, and informative content across multiple social media platforms
• Develop and manage comprehensive social media strategies tailored to mental health audiences
• Schedule posts and maintain consistent, professional posting calendars
• Grow social media presence and engagement through strategic content planning
• Create mental health-related content that is both educational and appropriate for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure content accuracy and therapeutic appropriateness
• Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach and impact

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation and management across multiple platforms (portfolio is a must)
• Background in psychology, business, or demonstrated experience working with mental health industry clients (MUST)
• Strong knowledge base in mental health topics with the ability to create sensitive, appropriate content
• Excellent understanding of social media best practices and platform-specific strategies
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Experience developing content strategies that drive engagement and growth
• Comfortable working flexible hours and managing your own schedule
• Passion for mental health advocacy and helping others through digital outreach
