Job Description

This is a remote position for the role of Conversational UX Writer. The company is seeking two candidates with 3 to 5 years of work experience to join their team for a high-impact banking project. The role involves designing human-like conversations for AI-powered chatbots, ensuring clarity, empathy, and consistency across English and multiple Indian languages.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design conversational flows for AI chatbots and virtual assistants in the banking domain.
  • Define tone of voice, style, and personality for conversational interfaces.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, designers, and translators to ensure seamless multilingual experiences (English + regional languages).
  • Maintain linguistic consistency in translations and transliterations.
  • Test, refine, and optimize bot conversations based on user research and interaction data.

Ideal Profile:

  • 3–6 years’ experience as a Conversational Designer, UX Writer, or Dialogue Writer with hands-on exposure to chatbot/voice UX.
  • Proven work with chatbot/NLP platforms.
  • Strong skills in tone of voice definition, style guides, and structured content systems.
  • Experience handling multilingual/multimarket projects is a big plus.
  • A portfolio of conversation design work (chatbots, voice UX, IVR flows, or AI assistants).
  • A good quality laptop (i5 or above) and uninterrupted high-speed (broadband) internet.
