RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

• Lead operational teams and oversee incident resolution within defined timelines.
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring systems availability, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Manage deployments, releases, and change processes while reporting on KPIs and FINOPS metrics.
• Mentor graduates, foster strong team dynamics, and encourage proactive knowledge-sharing.
• Provide 24/7 high-priority escalation support when required.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 10–15 years in IT Operations with proven leadership experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and operational management expertise.
• Technical mastery in:
• Java Spring Boot, Angular (TypeScript/JavaScript)
• Kafka & MQ (JMS)
• SQL (Oracle, Postgres)
• AWS Cloud
• Microservices, RESTful & SOAP Services
• CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Maven
• Linux commands, IIB Servers
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and change management processes.

Qualifications:

• IT Degree / Diploma (or equivalent experience).
