RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Lead operational teams and oversee incident resolution within defined timelines.
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring systems availability, compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Manage deployments, releases, and change processes while reporting on KPIs and FINOPS metrics.
- Mentor graduates, foster strong team dynamics, and encourage proactive knowledge-sharing.
- Provide 24/7 high-priority escalation support when required.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 10–15 years in IT Operations with proven leadership experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and operational management expertise.
- Technical mastery in:
- Java Spring Boot, Angular (TypeScript/JavaScript)
- Kafka & MQ (JMS)
- SQL (Oracle, Postgres)
- AWS Cloud
- Microservices, RESTful & SOAP Services
- CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Maven
- Linux commands, IIB Servers
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and change management processes.
Qualifications:
- IT Degree / Diploma (or equivalent experience).
