Job Description

Current Wave Media is a full-service advertising agency that specializes in visual storytelling and narrative cinematography. With over 25 years of experience in Monterey and globally, we pride ourselves on our quality of work and a militant work ethic. We aim to empower our employees and provide creative solutions for our clients.

We are seeking a skilled Camera Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in video production and possess a creative eye for capturing compelling visuals.

Requirements

Duties:

  • Operate professional RED video cameras to capture high-quality footage
  • Set up and adjust lighting and audio equipment for shoots
  • Collaborate with directors and producers to understand their vision for each project
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
  • Assist with pre-production tasks such as video concepts, storyboarding, and script writing

Skills:

  • Proficiency in video production techniques
  • Experience with pre-production such as storyboarding
  • Knowledge of photography principles
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
