Job Description
This is a remote position for the role of Marketing Executive in the Marketing & Business Development department. The key responsibilities include:
1. B2B Collaborations
- Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with corporates, travel agencies, and vendors.
- Develop proposals and presentations tailored to prospective partners’ needs.
2. Partnership Management
- Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with partners.
- Negotiate contracts and deals to ensure mutual benefit.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure delivery of agreed outcomes.
3. Communication & Client Engagement
- Leverage fluency in English, Hindi, and additional languages to engage with clients across regions.
- Build strong rapport with stakeholders through clear, professional communication.
4. Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns targeting B2B clients.
- Work with the marketing team to create promotional content, proposals, and collateral.
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness.
5. Market Research & Insights
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Provide recommendations for new opportunities and strategies for growth.
6. Brand Promotion
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.
- Promote brand image and build awareness through presentations and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, partnerships, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
- Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of digital and offline marketing channels.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
