Job Description

We are looking for a creative and reliable Content Creator to capture and produce engaging short-form video content for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.). You’ll work on-site at a client’s office to film, edit, and deliver polished video assets that showcase the brand’s services, culture, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Film high-quality short-form video content on-site at the client’s office.
• Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and storyboard video ideas.
• Edit raw footage into engaging, platform-optimized clips with captions, music, and effects.
• Stay up to date on trends in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms to ensure content feels fresh and relevant.
• Organize, label, and deliver all assets on time and in a format ready for posting.
• Maintain consistent brand tone, style, and quality across all videos.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, or similar platforms (portfolio or samples required).
• Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, hooks, and engagement tactics.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently while on-site.
• Creative eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with photography, graphic design, or motion graphics.
• Knowledge of analytics and performance tracking.
• Comfort being both behind and occasionally in front of the camera.

Compensation

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience, scope of work, and project needs.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $24.34 - $29.31 per hour
