STAFIDE - Senior UX/UI Designer (ID:3179)

UX Designer is needed in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and pain points.
• Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate and improve the user experience.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and visuals.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders and peers.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 6–8 years of proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates UX design skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design methodologies.

• Communicate effectively and present ideas clearly to stakeholders and peers.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver optimal solutions.
