Job Description

We are seeking a creative and skilled Wedding Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various photography styles and techniques, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling. This role involves capturing high-quality images, managing post-production processes, and collaborating with clients to fulfill their vision. The Photographer will also be responsible for maintaining an organized workflow and ensuring that all projects are completed on time.

Responsibilities

• Capture stunning wedding photographs for various projects including events, portraits, products, and editorial content.
• Utilize Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Capture One for photo editing and manipulation to enhance the final images.
• Conduct post-production tasks including color management, retouching, and preparing images for delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative direction throughout the photography process.
• Assist in video production and filming as needed, utilizing tools such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro for editing.
• Manage social media content by creating engaging visual posts that align with brand strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends in photography, videography, and social media management to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and organized for efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in photography with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, and Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of color theory and color management principles to ensure high-quality image output.
• Familiarity with art direction and the ability to provide creative input during shoots.
• Experience in videography is a plus; the ability to film engaging video content is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent photo editing skills including photo manipulation capabilities.
• Background in journalism or storytelling through visuals is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 75.00 per week
