Job Description
Indie Bubble is a collective of independent creatives focused on supporting real undiscovered talent, particularly in the music and arts sectors. The role is commission-based, granting individuals full creative rights over their work. Candidates should be open and collaborative, with a strong passion for creativity and camaraderie.
Requirements
Expected duties include:
- Participating in team meetings every two weeks
- Recording a half-hour to forty-five minute show every week or every other week
- Exhibiting a collaborative mindset
- Having a passion for the arts, especially music
- A desire to create awe-inspiring content
- Displaying patience
Candidates should possess a sense of humor, a great work ethic, and the ability to be completely honest. It is essential to work collaboratively and showcase their true personality.
Other Information
This is not a traditional radio station; Indie Bubble is dedicated to combating payola and promoting authentic creativity. Applications can be filled out for consideration, and interviews will be conducted over Zoom or Discord, with feedback provided within two days.

Pay: $5.00 - $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
