One Arrow Consulting - DevOps Engineer (EU-based)

DevOps Developer is needed in United Kingdom.

They are looking for a DevOps Engineer to take ownership of the infrastructure that powers their core products and internal engineering teams. You’ll work with modern technologies to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure cloud environments, ensuring high performance, reliability, and seamless deployments. This role is fully remote but requires candidates to be based in the UK or Europe due to data protection regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement cloud infrastructure and large-scale application deployments (Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm or similar).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions, Gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins, etc.).
• Monitor and troubleshoot systems for health, performance, and security (Sentry, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki or similar).
• Develop and manage data processing workflows with event-driven triggers (Argo Workflows).
• Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve customer issues and ensure optimal uptime.

Requirements

Requirements

• Based in the UK/Europe.
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, networking, and deployments at scale.
• Proven track record in CI/CD, infrastructure monitoring, and SRE principles.
• Security-first and documentation-first mindset.

Nice to Have

• Cloud security experience (IAM, network segmentation, container hardening).
• Familiarity with tools like Checkov, Semgrep, OWASP ZAP, Trivy.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
