Job Description

Next Door Photos (“NDP”) is a small business focused on delivering real estate photography, video, aerials, 3D modeling, floor plans, and more. We pride ourselves on our culture of fun and community service, committed to excellence in both products and customer experience. We are currently seeking part-time independent contractors, referred to as “Media Pros,” who represent our brand and achieve high-quality media results. This position offers flexible hours with the potential for increased earnings through product certification and availability for scheduling. Media Pros can capture up to 6 properties a day, with each shoot lasting 40-90 minutes. Responsibilities include capturing and uploading media, while NDP manages the logistics.

Requirements

We are looking for experienced photographers, videographers, and certified Part 107 drone pilots. Real estate photography experience is not required as full training is provided on NDP products. In addition to having the right equipment, candidates must:

• Professionally interact with clients and homeowners.
• Arrive punctually to scheduled shoots in various locations.
• Dress professionally while on the job.
• Upload media before 9 PM on the day of the shoot.
• Have a flexible schedule.
• Maintain an updated Google calendar with availability.
• Drive up to 30-40% of the workday.
• Follow NDP shoot flow and standards to consistently provide high-quality products.
• Effectively communicate with clients throughout the shoot.
• Regularly communicate with the Local Owner and clients via email, text, and phone.
• Study and test to obtain Part 107 certification for commercial drone operation.
• Receive ongoing feedback and training on NDP’s quality and professionalism standards.

The Media Pro position requires the following equipment:

• Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera with a wide-angle lens:
• APS-C (cropped) sensor camera with a 10-24mm lens OR
• Full Frame sensor camera with a 16-35mm lens.
• External (off-camera) flash.
• Tripod with ball head attachment.
• Reliable transportation.
• High-speed internet.
