We are launching a new podcast designed to spark deep, engaging conversations about life, growth, resilience, and perspective. Think Jay Shetty meets real-world wisdom with a fresh, authentic edge. The podcast will explore personal development, relationships, mindset, success, and overcoming challenges—delivered in a relatable and inspiring way.

Hosted by a certified life coach, communications graduate, entrepreneur, and ex-con turned business owner, this show offers a raw yet uplifting take on life’s lessons.

We are seeking a female podcast co-host who can join in weekly conversations, ask thought-provoking questions, and bring her own energy, insights, and curiosity to the table. You don’t need to be a professional podcaster—just someone who loves meaningful conversations, has a strong voice/personality, and can connect with an audience.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Join weekly recording sessions (1 hour)
• Engage in authentic, thoughtful conversations on topics related to life, growth, mindset, and relationships
• Help keep the conversation flowing by asking questions and offering perspectives
• Occasionally contribute topic ideas and feedback
• Represent the podcast’s vision of inspiring and motivating listeners

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and conversational skills
• Comfortable speaking on microphone (experience in podcasting, radio, or public speaking is a plus, but not required)
• A genuine interest in personal growth, mindset, and self-improvement
• Open-minded, engaging personality with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
• Consistency and reliability for weekly recordings

Additional Information

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 per week

Work Location: In person
