Job Description

Fubo is seeking a talented Lead Product Designer to join our New York City-based team. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of television by enhancing existing features and conceptualizing innovative new products, leveraging cutting-edge technologies. This role is a hybrid position, requiring candidates to be located in NYC and willing to come into the office three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Take ownership of the complete user experience for a variety of new products and features, from initial concept to launch.
• Problem Solving & Design: Identify key user and business problems, then design compelling solutions that address these challenges effectively.
• Influence through Design and Development: Develop comprehensive design artifacts, including documentation, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, to clearly communicate design intent.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with peers and stakeholders to discuss ideas, align on perspectives, and accelerate progress towards a shared product vision.
• UX Evolution: Lead the iteration and evolution of our product UX, ensuring efficient and effective scaling across various platforms and devices.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years of proven experience leading projects focused on the intentional identification and design of compelling consumer products.
• Design Process: Possess a clear and coherent design process, from initial concept to delivery, including iterative improvements post-launch.
• Hands-on Expertise: Exceptional UX/UI/Information Architecture design skills with meticulous attention to detail, and strong proficiency in working with robust multi-platform design systems.
• Foundational Understanding: Solid understanding of product thinking, interaction design, user experience research (UXR), data science, experimentation, and execution.
• Innovation Mindset: Motivated by innovative approaches to solve existing problems with new technology; experience with AI or recommendation systems is a strong plus.
• Data-Driven: A data-oriented decision-maker with tangible experience working with customer data and research.
• Domain Experience: Experience designing experiences for TV platforms or similar entertainment products.
• Passion: Passionate about sports and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Salary Information

Fubo’s minimum base salary for this role if hired in New York City is $190,000 per year; the maximum base salary for this role is $215,000 per year. This role is also eligible to participate in Fubo’s equity plan, annual cash bonus plans, unlimited PTO, and a full range of medical benefits. The final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, and other business considerations.
