We are developing DreamForge, a mobile and web app designed to help people define their life and work vision, break it down into actionable milestones, and stay motivated through structured features and gamification. For the MVP, the app guides users through vision creation using established techniques, helps organize milestones, tasks, and workstreams via a Gantt-like interface, and keeps them on track with progress tracking, nudges, weekly reviews, and gamified elements like experience points, badges, and streaks. There will be onboarding wizards, vision versioning, task dependencies, timeline views, push notifications, and data export capabilities.

We seek a Mobile and Frontend Engineer with strong React Native experience, ideally also comfortable with Expo, navigation, state management, performance optimization, and offline support. You will help implement the Vision Wizard UX, complex timelines (with Skia/SVG), gesture-based UI, animations, deep linking, accessibility, and shared UI libraries across React Native and Next.js. You will collaborate closely with a designer to deliver pixel-perfect, motion-rich components, and participate as a co-owner in this ambitious project, sharing in its upside if it succeeds.
