Job Description

ZDT Entertainment Studios is looking for a highly creative and technically minded AI Prompt Writer to join our innovative team. This role blends storytelling, problem-solving, and technical knowledge to create, refine, and manage AI-driven systems that power our studio’s operations. The AI Prompt Writer will craft prompts that unlock the full potential of AI tools, build pre-set workflows for repetitive tasks, and help reinforce ZDT’s growing AI database.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and effective prompts for AI models to generate relevant content.
• Proofread and edit generated content to ensure grammatical accuracy and adherence to style guidelines.
• Conduct thorough research to support prompt creation and content development.
• Collaborate with team members to refine prompts based on feedback and performance analysis.
• Fact-check information to maintain credibility and reliability in generated outputs.
• Utilize AP style, Chicago Manual of Style, or other relevant style guides as needed.
• Engage in proposal writing for new projects or initiatives related to AI content generation.
• Maintain organized documentation of prompts, edits, and revisions for future reference.

Requirements

• Proven experience in writing, editing, or proofreading across various formats (journalism, technical writing, copywriting).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with word processing software and tools for efficient document creation.
• Experience in creative writing with a knack for generating engaging content ideas.
• Knowledge of fact-checking processes and research methodologies.
• Understanding of different writing styles including AP style and Chicago Manual of Style is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to create effective prompts that generate high-quality results.
• Experience with automation tools, APIs, or workflow integrations (preferred).
