Job Description

The Digital Marketing Producer will play a critical role in shaping the visual storytelling and brand voice across all digital platforms. This position is responsible for writing, producing, filming, and editing high-quality video and photography content that supports internal and external communications, advertising campaigns, community engagement initiatives, and employee engagement efforts. This individual will oversee the full production process from concept development to final delivery, ensuring that all content is compelling, brand-aligned, and optimized for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on creative with a strong background in videography, still photography, editing, motion graphics, and content distribution.

Requirements

Education/Certification

Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or related field preferred.

Required Knowledge

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends. Knowledge of ADA-compliant content creation and closed-captioning best practices.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in video production and digital content creation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of video, animation, and photography projects.
• Experience with internal corporate communications or employer branding.

Skills/Abilities

• Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Proficiency with motion graphics and animation tools (Adobe After Effects, Illustrator).
• Proficiency in DSLR and/or mirrorless camera operation.
• Proficiency in audio recording equipment and lighting setups.
• Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
• Ability to work effectively, accurately, efficiently with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities while working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to be flexible and responsive to provide the highest quality of service to internal and external members.
• Ability to balance creativity and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Excel).
