Job Description

Our Pet Tech client is searching for a Senior Packaging Designer to help them complete a few projects. The position is fully remote with a duration of approximately 1 month, requiring 20-30 hours of work per week to start.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of packaging concepts from ideation to final production.
• Create and maintain comprehensive packaging guidelines to ensure consistency across product lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and supply chain to align packaging with brand strategy and operational needs.
• Develop dielines, mockups, and final artwork using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ensure packaging meets regulatory requirements and sustainability goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in packaging design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in canned goods (pet industry experience preferred).
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Proven experience in creating and implementing packaging guidelines and standards.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, materials, and structural design.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
