We are looking for a freelancer to support OntarioBuilds with content creation and strategy focused on the construction, real estate, and development sectors in Ontario. The project involves conducting market research on competitors, developing a targeted audience strategy (including homeowners, investors, contractors, regulators, and the local community), and creating a content calendar with monthly themes such as progress updates, site tours, milestones, and community impact. You will be responsible for producing branded graphics (logos, banners, site plans, renders), short form video content and reels (showcasing construction progress, team members, and investor invites), and ideally incorporating drone footage or 3D renders if possible. Copywriting will also be essential—creating engaging posts that explain our projects, catchy taglines and hashtags, and effective calls-to-action for investors and partners. You’ll make branded templates for stories/highlights across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The primary platforms will be LinkedIn (for investors and partners), Instagram and TikTok (for broader public awareness), Facebook (for community engagement), and optionally YouTube for longer form site tours or project updates. Some degree of ad-spend management, optimization, and regular reporting is expected. Our goal is to build brand awareness, generate leads, keep our audience updated on progress, and encourage investor interest. The role is primarily remote.
