Schedule: Monday–Friday (flexible, with some overlap required with CSP)

Our client, a leading dermatology practice in Chicago, is seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize their paid search campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on driving measurable results and can strategically scale campaigns in a competitive local market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize existing Google Ads campaigns for a dermatology practice
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for the Chicago market
• Create and test ad copy and landing page strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and deliver detailed ROI reports
• Implement conversion tracking and set up analytics
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation and patient acquisition
• Provide data-driven recommendations for budget allocation and campaign expansion

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience
• Proven success with healthcare or medical advertising campaigns
• Google Ads certification required
• Experience managing campaigns in competitive markets with local targeting
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Knowledge of compliance requirements for medical advertising (a plus, but not required)
• Portfolio of successful campaigns in similar industries

Scope

• Managing monthly ad spend of several thousand dollars
