Responsibilities
- Optimize website content and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic visibility
- Create and manage high-performing Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns
- Develop compelling presentations, PowerPoint decks, and pricing proposals for client meetings
- Follow up with qualified leads through strategic email campaigns and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
- Maintain and enhance website functionality while implementing keyword strategies
- Organize and track all sales activities, leads, and marketing initiatives for maximum efficiency
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for sales and marketing operations
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience with SEO techniques, keyword research, and optimization best practices
- Proficiency with Google Ads and social media advertising platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong presentation skills and advanced PowerPoint/document creation abilities
- Excellent written communication skills for professional email correspondence and lead follow-up
- Experience with website maintenance, CMS platforms, and basic web updates
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely in close collaboration with a CEO
- Administrative experience supporting sales teams and marketing functions
