Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute unpaid break)

This is an exciting opportunity to be the digital marketing lead for a growing firm. You’ll create engaging content, manage social media campaigns, and optimize CRM workflows while working directly with leadership in real-time Zoom sessions. This role combines creative content creation and strategic marketing execution, giving you the chance to make a real impact on business growth and develop specialized expertise in the dental industry.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, industry-specific content for multiple social media platforms
• Develop and manage social media posting schedules and campaigns
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
• Actively participate in dental industry Facebook groups and online communities
• Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM for lead generation, tracking, and client relationship management
• Oversee website content management and updates
• Collaborate with leadership via real-time Zoom sessions and screen sharing
• Respond to social media inquiries and engage with potential clients professionally
• Develop content strategies that resonate with dental practice owners and decision-makers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles (required)
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with HubSpot CRM
• Proven track record in social media management and content creation
• Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable with live collaboration via Zoom and screen sharing
• Experience working with international clients and professional communication standards
• Ability to represent the company professionally in online communities
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setup
• Interest in (or willingness to learn about) the dental industry and accounting services
